My name is Wai Pyo and I'm a student in Assumption University, Thailand. I am studying for a Bachelor Degree in Management with a major in Business Information Systems. I am also a part-time blogger who have a great interest in blogging.
It was in May 2005 when I came across some cool blogs including LiewCF and ProBlogger which inspired me to start a blog. After reading some articles about blogs, I started my own blog- Arloo. I learnt a lot about blogs after that and now I have 4 blogs and counting.
My blogs are on various topics and include-
FunnyRemix.Com - A blog that will make you laugh everytime you visit. It is a collection of funny photos, jokes, texts, cartoons and junks.
Blogging is my hobby and my blogs are able to generate some income for me now. It is just a few amount of money but I believe it will increase very soon. :-)
Arloo Blog is dedicated to provide latest news and opinions on Myanmar[I don't write much about Myanmar on this blog anymore], technology and interesting things on the internet for everyone.

You said you don't know why model Thanda Hlaing disappear from entertainment industry? Here I'll give you the answer. She had an affair with French Guy from Mandalay Swan Hotel General Manager in 1996-1997, after all that French guy left her. She broke up with her Burmese BF actually they are engaged at time, that guy is really cool but he was not her type anyway. That hotel GM Friench guys is asshole he slept with air hostess from MAI (she live in Yankin) as well, and he also got a disable child with a famous Thai model in Thailand. After all Thanda Hlaing (nick name: Christine) flew to Australia, seek asylum in Australia based on her father's political background but she was failed then she get married to a Burma born Indian guy (not sure true or not) in Australia Sydney to be able to live in Australia. She is now in Sydney. (I guess)

I was reading the previous anonymous person said about model Thanda Hlaing, I know the real truth with this French Guy in Mandalay Swan hotel. He really is an arsewhole. He rapped a few burmese girls including Thanda Hlaing and it happened late 1997. I know becuase I was there where she came and talked to the head of Mandalay MI to open the case and before she officially opened the case he flew out of Burma.
But not long after in early 1998 this guy got shot by a gun and killed in BKK. What a coincidence Huh..
All these happened well before she become famous in 1998-1999 so I don't think it has anything to do with her disappearance in early 2000 at the peak of her carrier.
From a trusted source, I heard the guy she married is rather a Muslim, not Indian. I feel sorry for any burmese girl married for Muslim.
As far as I know she lives in Sydney studying law and working on refugee UN projects around the world... She's got a daughter now with that muslim guy... I know all these because it's all published on facebook.com, check out her family photos on facebook.com
